The Magic Box
This is a list of my current tv obsessions. (Because I’m sure you’re just dying to know.) Oftentimes I’ll just mention them in passing.
Current:
Fringe: My roommate loves it, and I’ve become a convert. Gotta say I love the tension between son-of-frankenstein and blondie.
LOST! Yes, I’m late. I don’t care. I’m trying to get all caught up so I can get chained to the magic box weekly. whoo-hoo!
Supernatural! I can’t tell you how much I love Sam-n-Dean.
The Office: a weekly must in our apartment. I thought it would fizzle once PB&J goodness occurred, but it’s still going strong.
CSI:NY: I actually love the entire cast, which is incredibly rare for me. Go team!
Criminal Minds: This show is amazing. Watch it NOW. (And yes. *I* could make Hotch smile.)
Castle: Come on. It’s funny! Plus I love that they portray a teenager in non-typical fashion.
The Mentalist: I’m still catching up. So far (all 2 episodes) it’s been awesome.
Bones: still catching up…
Finished or discontinued shows:
Pushing Daisies: BOO ABC. BOO.
Angel: Broody detective vampire running around LA at night. Does it get any better?
West Wing and Studio 60: Aaron Sorkin can write my life. Really. Here’s a blank page, go crazy.
Alias: Also it seems that anything J.J. Abrams touches is good. But I only liked the first couple seasons.
The Pretender: please please please, producers, finish the story! We’re dying, here.
Also Friends is always playing at our apartment. Always.
To Watch:
Chuck: boyfriend and otherjo swear by it, so I suppose I’ll have to catch up soon…
How I Met Your Mother: come on, we’ve been over this. NPH wins at life. Forever.
Big Bang Theory: geeks! love!
Eleventh Hour: who wants to see Rufus Sewell play something other than a complete asshole? *raises hand high*
Firefly: everyone I know thinks it’s the most amazing show. I’ll find out soon enough, I guess.
Heroes: I have season one somewhere… once they’ve figured out where they’re going in the series, then I’ll start from the beginning.
True Blood: I love Anna Paquin. Vampires… enh.
Psych: I need to catch up. I have the first season somewhere…. and I think I’ve watched the first 6 episodes.
I really don’t watch medical dramas, or the “romantic” type shows. I get annoyed with regular drama. Give me crime dramas or action, baby!
